It's a type of herb (known as the Pennyroyal herb) that you can boil to make tea. I drink pennyroyal tea for my period cramps.

Actually, that was slightly a lie. I have yet to drink it. But I'm going to start. In my herb book, it says that drinking pennyroyal tea helps to alleviate your cramps. And I get some nasty cramps.
