Mayyyyyyyyyyybe xD I haven't been on here in a while. I should revive this - @ I've been going through a lot of my old drawings and thinking about how to reapproach putting myself out there. I can prolly finally start using my youtube channel now too since, I think, my bf's computer can take recording better than my laptop haha. I just gotta buy a camera if I'm doing traditional. I can stick to screen capturing and my mic in the mean time for digital

I'd like to see the videos you make whenever you get around to uploading them. :] If you do go traditional in the future, you're gonna have to figure out how to record from that first-person perspective so many people know how to do. Heck, I'm still trying to figure that out and yet I don't have any plans to make videos. XD

OH HI! xD I'm going through all our old comments again and answering ones that benefit from me dredging them up from the past lmao.

But yeah! Actually, the desk I have right now would be perfect for filming if I managed and I have a camera, but it recently occurred to me I never even checked if it could take video >.> lmao. But I got a shelving system Ikea desk atm so I could easily put weights on a tripod and hang it off the top shelf to point down xD Like how Baylee Jae does in her videos.

Yeaaaah, maybe one day I'll do proper videos xD I'll stick with commissions for now until I can find the editing software I need and other such things.

Yeah, I've peaked at others' videos about video editing software (like Adobe Premiere and whatnot) and boy howdy does that stuff throw me for a loop. It looks so time-consuming and with a steep learning curve to me.

Clearly I have not been around lately either lmao. I'm doing well :] A lot has happened in the past two years xD Lately, I've been trying my hardest to get back into using this site. I'll post art every once in a while, but never do any sort of maintenance (like replying to comments )

I dunno if you're still a pretty "to yourself" kinda person offline, but if you got to know a few people, I'm sure they'd say the same <3 I've always been hella jealous of your heritage. That hair is amazing and the tint to your skin instead of my pale ass pale xD But, grass is always greener on the other side and all that.

Yeah, I still am. (So far, the only kind of compliments I get are from my boss(es) and coworkers about how much of a hardworker I am. Which, yay let me break out the champagne about how I'm doing what should be the standard of employment as it so says in the goddamn field manual. ) I've taken more pride in my Chinese side over the years now — not that I was ashamed of it before — but with Asians and the different cultures slowly becoming more mainstream, it feels good. Also, watching people play horror games like Detention and Devotion and seeing things like I Ching, Daoism, and food that I literally grew up with is a trip. I'm hella jealous of bilingual people, though. Having that skill of being fluent in two languages at once? Honestly wish I was a part of that crowd. Like, my cousin's longtime girlfriend is bilingual in Korean and English and I am so envious of her. It's like, in hindsight, I should've asked my grandparents to teach me to speak Toisanese or Cantonese growing up. But how many kids on average would fight for something like that, y'know?
