Jenn wouldn't let you do what ? Just to talk to me? . . . WOW . Sorry to hear that, because I have nothing against you or Jenn . It doesn't matter man, you can just treat me like an animal. I deserve it by the way. You know about those animals, the weird animals that you cannot touch or talk to, because you are disgusted and or afraid of them. You know what the funny thing is . . .I forgive people. Another hilarious thing that I do is called trying to get in contact with my best friend, and trying to make amends. I guess it's really funny to everyone else. You should ask Breanna about Dane, about how he actually treated her, and also what happened on that night. If you are afraid of me. . . That is really sad. If you are using "Jen wouldn't let me" excuse, then you should look up in the dictionary what control means. I can't tell you how to run a relationship, but I know it does not involve slavery.
You really don't care about me, and you do not care about what I have to say, but here I go. I wish Marz Gurl the best, and I really hope that Dane is still not butt hurt about that day. Woody. . . I feel bad that he is working for Franklin, as Franklin is a money grabbing grub, but I hope and pray that Woody is fine. Tell Richard to get ready for the zombies, and to also stock up on ammo. For you and Jenn . . . I really wish and pray that you two will live long, and happy lives, not being constrained by argument and bickering. I bestow blessings and my best wishes that you two are really happy with everything that goes on in this world. Yay Obama, hope he heals all of the children of their ills and pains.
Goodbye. :3))

Thank you very much, I didn't always used to have the fine skills I have right now, but to see my story of how I got into woodworking, look at the comments on my profile page and there will be a lengthy one there that talks about how I started out, and how I got to where I am now. But still there are several resources out there for project ideas, and if you are looking into some power tools, tell me what you are looking at and I can give you a reasonable comparison with other brands to help find something that will fit your needs best so you can be happier with your tools.

How do you feel about the Skil brand? I have bought almost all Skil tools with the exception of my Drill and my Jigsaw which are Black and Decker. The Circular Saw is Task Force.

I do not like the Skil brand at all, I have had to opportunity to take them apart and look at everything from the casings to the guts, and it makes me worry about the people who bought them since they are made from inferior materials that if stressed will break on you and not only permanently damage to tool, but has a chance of injuring you as well, as for Black and Decker, they are more of a small hobbyist type tool brand here in America. B&D used to have a whole tool lineup here in America, but because of safety regulations they pulled out of America and make all their real tools in Europe, but still the same thing about the materials, inferior material all throughout, and not a safe tool to use, and I would also caution you not to invest in the Chicago brand power tools from Harbor Freight since it is a similar story to what I have told you about Skil and B&D. But if you want a good brand of tools, go to Lowes or Home Depot as two of the major suppliers in this country, and I know first hand that DeWALT is a very reputable company that makes long lasting quality tools from heavy duty materials and precision machining I have a few of these and completely satisfied with results, RIDGID is another brand where their tools come with a lifetime service warranty which not many companies will stand behind their tools like that plus they do use high quality materials as well and precision machining I have a few of these and still satisfied with results, Craftsman makes two lineups of tools and you have to be very careful, there is the generic Craftsman tools which is made solely by Sears, then there is the Craftsman Professional series which is the one you would have to buy to get a decent tool since it is the only lineup of theirs that uses decent materials but even so they have other companies manufacture their tools for them and just put their logo on it, I have gotten to use some Craftsman Professional series tools, but I am not impressed with them at all, but they would be good for someone who is not in the shop as often as I am. Bosch is a very good brand, the tools are designed and manufactured in Switzerland using very high quality materials and precision machining, but they are a bit pricy above other tools, and if I have my choice I would choose those since I have used many and I am very satisfied with their quality. Porter Cable is another great brand for tools I have some of these and I am impressed with the quality, like most of the tool brands I have mentioned they choose quality materials and use precision machining to make excellent tools. Kobalt which is made by Lowes is a decent brand, but like Craftsman they use a different company to manufacture their tools, Then their is Hitachi brand tools, and they are a decent tool brand, but not up to par with the other leaders in tool manufacturing. One other place that sells all the things you need for fine woodworking is a store called Woodcraft. they do have a website www.woodcraft.com and on their you can browse their entire inventory, and even get the locations of all their stores throughout the country. I hope that this information will be useful to help you decide what you would like to get.

I do know that when I get paid next month, I am at least going to upgrade my table saw to a Dewalt Contractor's Table Saw. Mainly for it's larger work area, and the fact that it looks much heavier duty than what I have.
I will say that so far my Skil Belt Sander and Skil Table Saw haven't given me any problems. And the Black and Decker Jigsaw has been easy to work with.
What do you think about Dremel tools for work on more delicate items?
Also, I want to build a router table. Can most fixed routers be attached to a workbench with the proper mounts from underneath?

I will say that the Dremel brand tool is a good tool to have, I have an older one but it has been well used and still works like new, so it is a good tool to have when you need it. As for the router table, the first thing you need to look at is a router table plate that sits in the router table top. I have looked through some different companies hardware magazines and Rockler has an aluminum plate witch will not bow down when you mount a router in it, but another alternative is a phenolic router table plate which can be a less expensive alternative, so that is a decision you would have to make. The next thing is look at different peoples router table fence setups, see what would be easy for you to build with what you have, and use that to save you a lot of money. One thing I will say works good is T-tracks and T-bolts with star knobs. The T-tracks fit in a 3/4" wide slot 3/8" deep running perpendicular to the front edge of the router table. Using those for slides on a router table fence is ideal, and don't forget to put a miter gauge slot parallel to the front of the router table 3/8" deep 3/4" wide across the whole length. For a top for the router table you can make your own or purchase one pre-made, for someone starting out I would recommend a Melamine laminated MDF or Particle board. I just used a piece of particle board because of me putting three coats of paste wax, let that harden, then using beeswax which comes in what is called cakes, is difficult to apply evenly, but it is for ease of use so you don't have to put as much pressure on the pieces as you are using the table, it should always be used on the surface of the table to prevent scratching. Another option is when you get your new table saw, and build your table extension you can put a router table on the end of the table used perpendicular to the front of the table saw station, and since you will have to extend the table saw fence track, you will already have a straight fence to use, just build a sacrificial fence to go on the router table side and then you don't have to worry about setting up each side of the fence evenly. If you want pictures of that you can type them in as table saw router table wings or extensions, that would be the easiest to make and would probably save you the most money. When you decide what you want to do I can help you with designing the project, you can send me the pictures through email timothyluckraft@yahoo.com and since I have autocad I can do a shop drawing with several detailed views for easier comprehension.

Psssh! Tell me about it! I have been taking 4 classes a semester and working at that shit hole Tetco full time. I am also tutoring at UTSA. I want to pull my hair out lately. But it's almost over...finally. I can say that I finished what I started. Good luck Jenn. I'm sure you can do it. Even if I never gave you credit for it, when you put your mind to it, you are quite amazing.

Have you and your buddies ever considered doing game design? Just about the only thing I am good at is coding . I am looking for artists, writers and musicians. I am not trying to push my own agenda here, however. I want to design the game that the artists and writers want.
