Jesu Cryst!!!! how long have I been off the radar?
Well, I got good news and bad news, and fortunately NONE of it has to do with leaving.
Bad news: I'll be off the radar for a bit longer. I have to get ready for sax juries and stuff.
Good news: I've rediscovered how to play at my best!
... okay, so that's not really related to my return, but at least I feel good about it.
I got an idea--maybe start a contest for visart art relating to Jazz, and/or getting commissioned portraits of the late jazz greats--as well as the contemporary artists like Kenny Garrett (No, not Kenny G who's famous for having a monopoly for soprano sax albums). Just a thought I'd like to look into in the future.
