XIII. have a chihiro-having-his-worst-nightmare-starter.

[I]t has been a while ever since Juuzou had went out on an assigned mission, and I mean a WHILE, for he hasn't turned out and possibly-- a week and a half. But eventually, an envelope that contained a file had been sent to Chihiro's home, but what was inside it wasn't exactly something pretty.
[O]nce opening the file and taking out what was inside, what was inside was something that could break his heart: It was the 'X' and one of the 'I' 's of Juuzou's 'XIII' hair pins. and The 'X' and 'I' was rusted and stained with what seemed like...dry blood...and the 'X' was also chipped at one of the ends, a third object came with the file too though, it was a simpleΒ pieceΒ of paper that said
'I'm sorry.
Kid was too reckless for his own good."

Chihiro became a nervous wreck because of Juuzou disappearance, he was always hoping that he would come home but it seemed that day never came once he got the letter he was hoping it was from Juuzou but he was sadly mistaken Chihiro fell to his knees holding his hair pins his hands tears started to pour from his eyes he then dropped the hair pins and held his head and started to sob he actually wanted to die his heart feeling like it was shattered into a million pieces "N-No! P-Please dear god this can't be true..!" the room was filled with his sobbing and screams.
Chihiro then woke up in tears and looked around the room and held his head panting heavily he didn't know if was a dream or if it was a real dream.

[O]nce he woke up, everything seemed fairly normal, that is, except he didn't know if Juuzou was okay or not, but surely it was just a dream, right?
[M]eanwhile with Juuzou, because of his sleeping issues, he was just out and about hunting ghouls. But he has been doing that for a while, so he did get bored of it, so with that, he decided to just go bug Chihiro again, so with that, he took quite a few shortcuts in order to get there in time and stood in front of his window, and with that, he then peered in through Chihiro's bedroom window and let his red eyes land on his lover, he was about to call for him to open the window but then saw his expression, so he just gave a knock on the window with a slightly confused but concerned expression.

Chihiro noticed he was at the window and he got up and ran over too the window and opened it and he had tears stream down his face and pulled him into room hugging him and he didn't really say anything he just hugged him.

[J]uuzou only blinked at Chihiro's actions, but it didn't stop it from returning the hug, "What's wrong?" he asked simply, and he used one of his hands to gently stroke Chihiro's hair to try and comfort him, even if he had no idea why he was upset.

Chihiro told him about the nightmare he had "I-I.. am sorry f-for acting like this.." he then wiped off the tears off his face and sniffledΒ

[T]he albino's look then softened and he gave a soft smile, and just hugged Chihiro and stroked his back. "Now now, it's alright. Juuzou's still here, and he's gonna be here for a long long time!" He spoke in 3rd person as he tried to make Chihiro feel better.

Chihiro clung to him and panted heavily and wiped away the tears from his eyes and nods still hugging him tightly.

[H]e gave a childish smile in return and also hugged him back while still using one of his hands to gently stroke Chihiro's hair, he always liked to pet Chihiro for some reason. "My chi-chi."

Chihiro gently kissed him and putted his head on his shoulder and sighed softly finally he calmed down

[J]uuzou did return the kiss, but was slowly bummed it ended so quickly, but he went with it and gently stroked his lover's back. "I'm not going anywhere, I promise." He announced gently.

XIII.Β here have this--[I]tΒ had been almost a day since Juuzou hasn't come back from his mission with the CCG, which was to destroy a World-famous ghoul named the "Owl." the Owl was an SSS rated ghoul for obvious reasons: killing humans, because according to the CCG; the "owl" had a powerful hatred towards the human race and wanted to destroy it, the Owl was also known for killing quite a few investigators as well, whiched led him to being an SSS rated, which means he was very VERY deadly and dangerous.
Juuzou normally never went on a mission that took this long, but he did always tell Chihiro that he couldn't wait to fight the owl. So he went along with the others to go and take him down, but it has already been an entire DAY now since that Juuzou left to go on that veryΒ dangerousΒ mission. he couldn't have gotten killed out there though...could he?

Chihiro felt nervous and worried he knew that his lover was very strong.. well at least that what he saw anyways though Chihiro was very scared he decided to go look for him he at least brought a weapon just in case.. it was a 8 inch kitchen knife even though it wasn't very strong he needed to bring something at least he then looked for Juuzou calling out his name seeing if he could be any where his eyes became slightly glossy due to him being worried and scared.Β

The white haired male sadly wasn't anywhere in sight, suddenly; Chihiro's instincts were telling him to...go to the hospital..
Juuzou always told Chihiro to use his instincts if he ever felt lost, and perhaps he was right..

Juuzou was laying in a hospital bed staring at the ceiling with a..questionable look, he wasn't moving a single inch, the only thing he would do was blink every few seconds. his chest raised and lowered occasionally as his breathed. It was very unusual from him to be this quiet. Shockingly, there were a few tear stains on his cheeks.
You see; during the mission, Juuzou had his leg amputated by a ghoul during a fight. And during one time when he almost got killed by the "Owl.", that's when a scene unfolded in front of Juuzou, it was something he would never forget.
Shinohara was right in front of him while giving a warm smile, "shinohara....san.." Juuzou slowly raised an arm to reach out to him,Β that's when the man spat out a huge amount of blood and collapsed in front of Juuzou, he had taken the blow.Β
"....shinohara..san.." Juuzou mumbled as he continued to stare up at the ceiling. As well as continusing to blink every few seconds

Chihiro then ran over to Juuzou "J-Juuzou w-what happened?" tears actually starting to come out of his eyes seeing his lover in this state.. made him feel worried and once he looked at his leg more tears came out of his eyes he just wanted to hug him but he was afraid of hurting him.

XIII. t h AT'S HOW JUUZOU LOST MOST OF HIS PSYCHOTIC AND CHEERFUL PERSONALITY--
THANKS OWL.Juuzou slowly narrowed his eyes at him and sat up, the look in Juuzou's eyes was a look of...sadness, and emptiness. Which was a look Juuzou never gave before, he was no longer wearing his XIII hair pins, so his messy white hair was covering a little bit of his face.
Juuzou only stared at Chihiro for a few seconds, before his eyes suddenly started to become glossy rather fast and Juuzou went to throw his arms around his lover tightly and started to sob. This was actually pretty shocking, mainly because Chihiro never saw Juuzou shed a single tear before, let alone show any sadness at all. "p-p-please...d-don't ask...!" He spoke, his voice was crackling and shaking endlessly. Whatever happened to Juuzou how there must've emotionally traumatized him. badly.

"please..d-d-don't leave me.." he managed to choke out, he was like a little child begging for his parent to stay with him."i don't want you to leave like Sh-sh-shinohara did.." he spoke about his partner, Juuzou always told Chihiro that Shinohara was like a father figure to him..did that mean...Shinohara died..?XIII.
