i was wondering, can you help me with something, I've been trying to set a picture as my avatar, and i can't get the file size small enough. i resized it to 50px by 50 px but the file is still 30kb instead of 15kb. I tried to lower the res. that didn't work. idk what else i could do?

now then.. umm, i think if i remember from the top of my head, you would be better changing to a .gif file, i know i had trouble when i did mine, and i think that was the only way i could manage it, then it was a matter of just playing, Josh..

without having photoshop open i can't tell you exactly, and i don't have that on my work PC, i'm afraid..
