Full rights yep! You are free to do whatever you want with designs, resell them and so on! You can even use them for commercial use I'm pretty open with adopt rules tbh :' D
My only rule is don't claim you designed it and that's about it <3

I do! I made that guy quite a while back though so I forget a bit. I believe I made them in a custom design trade though, I don't have rules on my designs so people are free to resell or trade for whatever they want xD I'm pretty leniant with stuff like that : D
