You live here for Chinese learning? I've met a Japanese while I travel to Japan.
She had been lived in Taiwan a year, for Chinese learning,and she speaks just like a native speaker though

我爸工作在台灣!~ dad works for ericsson*if you know zhunghwa telecom* so they do stuff for zhunghwa telecome atm. I really wanted to learn more chinese here but other things kept me busy because they put me in a international school due to the fact i dont really speak chinese XD even though i perfer local schools. But taiwan made me want to learn chinese really bad. I will spend more time learning chinese in canada. because i have more free time there!But my chinese knowledge is almost as good to use for daily speaks XD.
but i really use 為什麼 alot!XD

So .. I think your Chinese is much better than my poor English
Do you prefer I write you in Chinese ? Or you'll have to torrent my broken English
Enhancing different language skills is really good, and .. there are more and more people learning Chinese these year, right?
You just have good opportunity and resource, that's pretty good.

I also use "為什麼" often, and my mon always say "Don't just ask why, try to think yourself!"

also I just noticed! your name is Benjamin! that's such a cute name! But you probably use the nickname version "Ben"? I know a guy from Hong Kong named Ben or Benson and his Chinese and Cantonese name is similar to his English name Ben! His mandarin name is "Lin Bin Bin" and his Cantonese is "Lam Pen Pen"

my dad spelt it like that XD... probably because he doesnt know how to spell it better but its 中華電話 in chinese
and yes you can write in chinese to me! it would be nice to use more chinese. And 沒關係啦!你英語太好了! and much more people are learning chinese.Ｉwas really annoyed that my teacher was teaching me simplifed tho. So i taught myself traditonal chinese .
My friend is like"哎唷...." my teacher also gave me my chinese which is really odd name XD... 宋坦暖

首先，雖然糾正這個實在沒什麼意義，不過我想還是讓你知道那家公司叫做"中華電信"，是台灣最具有規模的電信公司(和AT&T很像，不過沒有這麼惡質)
本來是國營的，後來轉變為民營企業了。
我想你的老師們之所以教你簡体中文，是由於那是中國大陸的官方語言，也是大部分中文學習者想學的那個"中文"，畢竟人家國家大、人也多到不行
不過我覺得學習繁體中文也不錯，一方面學會了繁體看簡体中文也沒問題，此外，也可以理解日文的漢字(日文的漢字就是源自繁體中文字，因此非常相似)
再說到你的中文名字，要不要請你的老師幫你重取一個呢?!真的不是普通的奇怪耶!畢竟那些字組合起來很詭異，而且第二個字很少在名字裡看到耶!

First, ah, Indicating this mistake is meaningless, but I still like to let you know the company's name is "中華電信".
It is the most well established telecom company in Taiwan (similar to AT&T, but not so abominable).
It was operated by government, but a private-enterprise now.
And I think the reason your teachers teaches you simplified Chinese is that, it is China's official language.
On the other hand, it's "the Chinese" most Chinese leaner wanna learn. After all, that's a BIG country with terrible huge population
However, learning traditional Chinese is good.
Once you learned traditional one, you can also read simplified one.
What's more, you can also understand Chinese characters in Japanese "Kanji"
(Kanji are originated from traditional Chinese characters, they're quite alike)
Besides, about you Chinese name, would you ask your teacher a new one? It's REALLY weird.
After all, those characters makes strange composition, especially the second character, it's quite rare to use in people's name.

Why does English version use so many words.... I think my English sucks..

oh god i forgot to reply! 抱歉!!! I have been so busy travelling!
你知道我想你的英語比很多台灣人.(真的)你怎麼學英語?你的盈餘比我的!!哈哈哈!And also believe me on this because I have met so many people in Taiwan that could not even say any form of sentence in english to me!
also don't worry that English uses so many words it is mostly because Latin characters rather represent a word with lots of letters rather than Chinese just using characters to have a meaning of a word!

and 抱歉 i am really sorry if i took a long time replying! I just didnt have time to answer this one properly XD because i had so little time when i was travelling
