I am a nerd. An introverted nerd. Yet up until now I have never actually participated in any D'n'D game (likely cause I was never invited to one) So this was the first time I was ever introduced to all the numbers and dice rolls and all that complex sh!t you use in it. Man it's complicated.
But none-the-less. A friend and I decided to actually get a bit of a semi-D'n'D game going (it's quite swerved from a normal D'n'D campaign and a few rules are broken) But I like it that way, more freedom is more fun. And this is my new character. Dusty the Harpy. A variant of a character I have wanted to play for years but never had the chance to.
I had a lot of fun thinking this guy up actually, but it was a massive struggle drawing him. I have only ever drawn wings once before and they weren't folded, nor on this odd angle. Drawing his tail from this perspective was also way more challenging then I would've thought. Even his bird feet and claws were hard, especially the forwards facing one. The first rendition of Dusty was awful. But I am very proud of this final result. There's still one or two small errors but I'm happy with this (I couldn't figure out a solution anyway)
I plan to upload a second future sheet once the story of this one is over and update it to see how the end game Dusty compares to now but that'll be a long time away.
