Orca is just a widower who does his best to take care of his daughter Keiko in the Oceana District, the supposed city of dreams and fortune in all of Okeanos. Oceana was and still is one of the most dangerous places to live in according to many, but it’s one of big jobs and rewarding promises. Orca claims he currently works as a “Proofreader and Editor”, while behind the scenes he works under a mysterious Shark Mafia that, supposedly, had connections with his deceased wife Morgane. In his story, we dive deep in trying to uncover how Oceana works and the secrets Morgane took with her to her grave.
