How do you download them? Im trying so hard to open them up in Photoshop Elements 5.0 since thats what its saying I have to open them up in and nothing comes up when I click it. o-o I really wish I could use these. They look awesome.

I found these brushes quite small. Guess it doesn't matter if they were ment for signature-making purposes, but they had potential to be something more.
That is not to say that these wouldn't be great brushes though.
