The poor lizard is heartbroken, he didn't foresee that!
I'm sure they'll find a way around this issue though...This was an idea I had in mind for quite some time, when members of two completely different species get together there are going to be some problems, that's sure. I hope you like it!
(on the second picture I forgot the markings on the cat's snout.. oh well)

Because I prefer to keep a more realistic approach, where different animal species cannot have offspring unless they are closely related.

Hmm, true a serpentine tongue is rather long, so it could easily go down further than that of a cat, ergo.... well, they have to mind that a little, perhaps he needs to be a tad bit less bold himself. Though, he looks rather adorable in the way he is sorry about it. No man or woman could resist such a face.
