It’s been a while since I posted here. I recently left Instagram because of its shitty update that screwed new artists (which unfortunately impacted me since I wasn’t a big person on there), so now I’ll be mainly posting art here and on my TikTok and YouTube.
Explanation for design:
I made a design for distorted Penny. I based her outfit on a hospital gown, and made her more “dead” looking. Her look prior to being corrupted was that the gown went down to her knees, her kneecap wasn’t dislocated (if you look a bit closer at her left knee you can tell), and she overall looked normal. Prior to being captured by the military, her hair was in low pigtails, but after capture, it was chopped short so it wouldn’t be a problem when she was being tested on.
How she would chase people in terms of this new design, she wouldn’t be able to run at the player because of her messed up leg, but would resort to a fast hobble. Because of this, TIO gave her the ability to teleport. That’s basically it.
