So yeah I think if his design was changed just a smidge he'd look less derpy. I really love this guy, both legends look great but I just don't know if I can get over those huge "wheels".Smaller neck:
Needs to be smaller, just a large protrusion would just get in the way of running. It could inflate larger when on water to help with swimming tho. I imagine the neck sac is a organ for producing more oxygen and for cooling proposes which helps Koridon run for long periods of time. Maybe in hot places the neck swells up more to provide more cooling. It'd be cool to see physical changes depending on environmental conditions.
Less circular tail:
I get why it looks like that but again its way to big. Tail curls tighter on water to help with swimming. Head canon is the tail is curled up to use as a counter weight to the throat sac when running to help with balance. Makes sense to me that the throat sac would be heavy since it's filtering a lot of blood for oxygenating and cooling. The tail also tilts to the side when turning again to help with balance.
I obviously don't own pokemon and don't claim to. This is just fanart.
