i'm still chipping away at that Winnie the Pooh comic i mentioned... i've got 18 pages storyboarded out already. but of course, i won't be drawing them until i finish drafting the whole story

and i see that someone's explained it to you. but yes, Pooh is named after 1) Edward, the real bear he's inspired by, and 2) the sign over his door. and Piglet is named after the "Tresspassers Wil" sign by his tree, aka "Tresspassers William" his grandfather, according to him
