Made this for Art Gallery at GalaCon 2014, hope it gets accepted.

Woonas shadings assume the moon to be a (or the only) light source, while the moon itself assumes a light source (the sun) behind Woona.
The thought behind this is that Woona actually is hugging some kind of moon toy or ball/pillow, and the floating in the night sky is just in her head. Woona believes that the moon is shining on its own, and she never thought about where the shadows on its surface come from, so it all makes sense in her head.
