Description This is basically the same as the picture I called "Ballpaper," except this one is animated. Just as with Ballpaper, I created this one with a C++ program I wrote. The balls move around the screen at a constant velocity. When they move out of one side of the screen, they appear at the other. The animation is tileable and repeates seamlessly (by seamlessly, I mean that the last frame of the animation flows to the first frame, just as all the frames flow from one to the next). Another way to describe the animation is to say that it loops, meaning that there is no real discernable beginning or end to it when it is played repeatedly.
