This group is tasked with bringing villains and heroes to justice. They are here to punish the wicked and bring forth justice...sometimes harsh justice.

Kodukoshi- From Japan, He is tasked with resolving "bad deaths"- those that died alone, died for naught or died due to other's malicious behavior. He can alter his shape and armor, while his costume allows for the ability to create offensive weapons as well.

Cardisoma- She does not speak, but is from an undersea colony that experimented on her...with some harrowing results. She can harden her "shell while also has the ability to grow appendages out of her form when needed. She has the ability to adapt her shell for aquatic use and has enhanced durability, strength, and reflexes.

Commander Crisis- supposedly from the future. He does have a lot of tech they can use at their disposal and wants to avert crimes before they happen. Problem is- not everything is the same as the history books reported. He believes he is here to stop "The Reckoning" but not everything is adding up.

Violencia- is powered by physical contact. She doesn't have a bloodlust, but loves to get physical. Trained in combat tactics and likes to get in close and do some damage.

Joyful Dragon- Is really a toddler in an ancient body...a body that can transform and take on attributes of a mighty dragon.

Lord Tempest is the last of his lot- a group of immortals that thought earth was doomed and all abandoned the planet eons ago...leaving Tempest here by himself- which makes him a little ornery and the goals and ideals of his utopia have fallen on deaf ears, as the heroes and villains of this time abuse their powers and the people they should be ruling... He can control the winds and seas and his Battleaxe can tear anything asunder. he's old, he's tired, he's cranky...
