Redesigned another old character to fit into my story that I'm trying to make

once was suppose to be apart of an animal jam based story. I have two more kangaroos from this to go

Pepper is a kangaroo species that looks like people's dreams, and are slightly bigger than the biggest kangaroo species.(Species wip)
Pepper is female and is average size for their species
In the story, she will the flame thrower and will do flying tricks. She can also breath fire and is flame resistant. Flame is the same color as her fire markings Victor is her cousin.
She can fly better than her cousin.

The hair and clothes are optional. The ones the full kangaroo are her main clothes, the ones on the right are alternatives.
Her markings glow and she can turn them on and off
