Chaos elemental are parasites from a dark and unknown place of the universe,known as the Abyss,sent out by a larger creature which spawns and controls them,their main purpose it to spread chaos and destruction,they have the ability to release waves of energy that gives them
control of inanimate objects at a certain range giving said object the glowing green signature eye.

Hal found herself to be different than the rest of her species,she is much stronger,allowing her to resists,the call of her master,void mother,giving her free will over her actions,most
of the time.

As she has been judged and sometimes hunted down,because of her appearance,she developed a,lonely cold and distant personality.

I should also mention that chaos elemental can last for many centuries,making Hal relatively young.
