There are...ways in which it might happen. 1. Naruto's ero-ization. 2. One of them is dieing (or Hinata thinks that) and she confesses because she doesn't want Naruto to not have known. 3. someone else tells Naruto 4....well...I haven't thought of 4 yet, but it's going to happen.
