I know that others already exists (perhaps best) but I preferred to do mine.Hope you like it.

you have to rename it to "vista4313_for_winrar.theme.rar" then go to Menu / Options / Skin / ... you will find it.. there is a Add button. After you hit Add it will ask you "Are you sure" you click "Duh, no shit" and it will install. Then you click the theme and hit "Select" and it will start using it.

You have to rename the .rar archive to [link] (don't extract the files) Open winrar and go to Menu/Options/Skin/Organize the skins. Clic on "Add" and browse to find the .theme.rar file. Then confirm the add. Return to Menu/Options/Skin and choose the skin in the list it appear.
It work immediately.
