"Say hello to Officier Smith, the inscrutable sailor and Rae's opponent. Not much is known about him, but he pursues his own goals and sometimes puts them above his morals. Growing up on the mainland, in the heart of the Queen's Kingdom, he grew up in a world in which the rights of individuals are curtailed as the Queen sees fit. In which a person is only worth as much as their mother's name. Smith has no name, but he has worked his way up the ranks of the Royal Navy, almost to the top. As deputy to the captain and first nautical officer, he has as many duties as privileges on board. His daily routine is strictly planned and the structure gives him power. About yourself and about others. But when he gets his hands on a pirate and takes him as a slave, he enters into a deal with the unknown. A deal he may regret."
