You commented on my drawing and asked me to look at yours, perhaps you remember...
So, instead of replying there, I'm gonna do it here ^_^
This drawing is pretty amazing, seriously! I mean, you captured the original expression almost perfectly and I just love how you did the eyes. I think they even look much better here than in my drawing, despite the fact that I shaded everything...
It just seems as though the felt pen or something you apparently used isn't the best for such a drawing beause of all the big dark areas...I know how hard it is to get them in an even tone and even though you did pretty well on some (like, for example, on the hands) some just don't look...correlative.
But this complete back/white thing seems to be your style and I have to admit, it certainly leaves a good impression overall....plus, I love when artists have some kind of style they always use ;D
Soo, this got pretty long after all, I hope I don't seem like I'm spamming or something XD Just one more thing: If you're working with obvious references (like you did here) you should really put a link in the description or at least say you had one...
