Took a few photos in my hello kitty swiming costume. BTW I squashed into this as its for a 8-10 year old...At this time I have pretty much zero chest left but still that damn flabby tummy to work on. Marks on my legs are just bruises as you know how clumsy I am and working in a warehouse brought out the best of my careless antics lol.

Even your legs and gluts look proportional in size and definition to your upper body; Though all we see is you working your upper body with dumbbells. do you hit the gym for your lower work out, work out at home or are you just genetically blessed with killer legs and gluts?

I live in a hilly area half way up a hill, carrying shopping and walking round here will get you strong legs, otherwise I skip leg day lols, as they are kind of big enough I havent wanted to make them too thick. Was doing squats at some point but havent for like 6 months. Im kind of more fixated in wanting the strenght to do pullups
