Billionaire Bruce Stark was in attendance and took the boy in and taught him his ways in martial arts and detective skills, even teaching him how to hone his radar sense, Eventually Bruce reveal to Matt his identity as Iron Knight as offered Matt to join him in his crusade but he refused and went to college as his father never wanted him to be a fighter thus be became a lawyer, but he couldn't resist to call to help others and became the superhero known as Nightdevil.
