Uh. Interesting remake, but it's more akin to recent robocop reboot redesign - somewhere there but doesn't strike.
Original were supposed to be more of a shogunate samurai helmet with techno-mask on it - full coverage of face were essential for the character, because it symbolized that it could be everyone under that mask - faceless void of darkness personalized in ruthless executor of the emperor.
Suppose you could try that approach?

The art work is awesome. The concept unique. I do love the piece for the art it is.
When I first saw Starwars in the theater (yes I am that old) the lack of the human element deepened the mystery of vader. Storm troopers were just grunts in armor, but the ominous, unknown, dark nature of the character spurred the imagination. I think they eyes here give him too much humanity.
But the art is just stunning. Thank you for sharing.
