I like it, though I feel that part of the beauty of the real design is that you can't see his eyes. Because you can't see any of his emotion, he seems more mysterious and threatening. I feel like all of his men are constantly freaking out worrying what he is thinking. Now, your artwork here is amazing, I just know that, as a filmmaker, I wouldn't want the audience to be able to see Vader's eyes.

Looks more brutal and intimidating.
Original Darth Vader actually looks crappy and maybe even funny with his plastic mask. Not too scary.
As I think there is a need to reboot all the Star Wars franchise to make it more modern and not a crappy old shit for kids. Modern kids will difine such stuff BORING! They want to see scary things REALLY SCARY, brutal battles REALLY BRUTAL and all the fighting and adventures of the heroes made of pre BOOM!!! Everything like "Guardians of the Galaxy"/ Or like "Avengers". Not like a crappy old low-tech naive shit.
Stormtroopers must move faster and behave like real high-grade Special Forces, be armed with full-auto rapid fire blaster assault rifles, not this semi-auto PEW-PEW shit! WEAR CAMO ARMOR!!!

The whole idea of this redesign is epic. The dome on the top is a great addition because in Star Wars VI: Return of the Jedi Darth Vader is unmasked and thus showing his face. I can see where the other people are getting at with the whole "His original is scarier" and whatnot, but the dome allows more vision to Darth Vader. His original mask didn't let him see out of the corner of his eyes but the dome allows that. Which in my opinion makes Vader even more dangerous due to seeing even more than before.

I don't see the point of the dome. The whole reason the original Vader is so menacing is the fact that he has no (old, eroding) face, instead he has this intimidating helmet, making him less human and more mysterious than he already is. Furthermore, the tinted eyes on his original helmet add an element of unpredictability both in combat and in general, as you never really know what he is looking at. This on the other hand looks a bit like a fish bowl.
Granted it still looks cool, but largely worse/pointless redesign of the original.
