New OC!
I was playing around with my face (Read that tracing helps you remember curves and such) and tried giving myself a new nose XD HAHA, when I decided to also play with the jawline, hair and ear. And Milly was born.
Background story and such still in process of being worked out. I think she’ll be a red head. I don’t have enough red head OC's.

Her power is like Smoker from One piece. Can turn into smoke. But thats literally all she can do. She can’t change the density or anything like that, just poof and move around. and hope theres no gust of wind...
