Description Frankly, if I had to sum up everything wrong with 2000s animation, I'd point to this show.

The animation is beyond awful.  Everyone's face is a solid-color geometrical shape, every character looks sloppy and messily made, and there were tons of errors that could have easily been fixed, like the characters' mouths running off their faces.  It's not 12 oz. Mouse bad, but bad nonetheless.

Speaking of the characters, none of them are particularly likeable.  The best ones are bland (like Harold) and the worst ones are unlikeable (like Abby).

As far as I can tell, there are at least three plots.  One of them is that the Weirdness, something that plagues their town, has... made it so that the most embarrassing physical feature about someone gets exaggerated when they sweat.  I honestly think that that's a bit overcomplicated, but whatever.  The main problem is that this plot revolves around one joke that isn't funny.
The second plot is that Abby and Beth, the two girls, have to make a video about their school so they can save the cafeteria.  While they do TRY to be funny in this plot, most of it is a variation of the joke from the first plot, and even most of the original jokes aren't funny.
The third plot is that Harold, the best character on the show in my opinion, is wearing his wrestling uniform throughout the school day, and whenever he sweats, it shrinks.  He is wearing it because his gym teacher forced him to fill in with the threat of failing him if he didn't.  Again, centered around the same joke that isn't funny.
There might even be a FOURTH plot, with Kevin, the boy with blond hair, getting a Mohawk due to the Weirdness and trying to cover it up.  Again, centered around the same unfunny joke.  This doesn't even start until more than halfway through, so I'm not sure if it's a full plot or just filler.
That's another problem.  Even with three definite plots, they STILL need filler to stretch it to 22 minutes.

There are a few other problems, like some plot holes I found here and there, the way Kevin was treated by the girls and Harold was treated by his gym teacher, and the fact that nothing in sense of progress is really made.  At the end of the plot, everyone is back to square one, making the plot pointless.  It's sad, because this show had potential, too.

I'm going to say this straight-out.  This is all opinion-based.  I'm not trying to hurt your feelings if you liked this show (or 12 oz. Mouse, for that matter).  This is just my opinion, there is no need to take it seriously.

Credit goes to TheMysteriousMrEnter for them template and the idea, and BoyWhoLovesCocaCola for pointing me to this show in his review.

Scoring justification:
Cringe-inducing Audio: 2 (I don't like Abby's mother's voice, or Abby's voice when she starts becoming her mother)
Cringe-Inducing Visuals: 0
Lackluster Writing: 10 (Three plots that stop and start at random, still needs filler with three plots, plot holes)
Annoyance: 6 (Just for how lazy I feel the animation is)
Disturbing Content (Out of place): 0
Unnecessary Cruelty: 4 (How the girls treat Kevin and the gym teacher treats Harold combined)
Rancid Morals: 4 (See the people who look different from us?  We can mock them, despite the fact we have similar differences.)
Low Production Values: 10 (Watch an episode online to get what I mean)
Unfortunate Implications: 0
Character Derailment: 0
Total: 36/100
