It looks like it does something, but I'm unsure a to whether I want to know what that is or not. xD
My favorite parts are the ridged texture on the pipe coming out of the left side of the big fleshy intestine-like pipe, and the way the light falls on the red structure underneath the "neck" of the bird thing.
I also like the red sphere in the middle of the blue area at the bottom, and the lines leading to it.

Stunning, I'm freaked out just looking at this, very lovecraftian, INMHO...What with the beast of coming out of that bright "door" in the background and the distorting reality around it's body.
