I really like her eyes
Okay, so I coloured the sketch and it turned out better than normal. I still have issues with the fact the grey line art is underneath it all and I dunno what to do with it. Ideally it would be various shades of pink when it's in her hair and dark brown when around skin. It looks kinda tatty around her hair since I had to try and go over the line art in pink to make it not look so stupid. And I think I kinda made it worse...
I think I need to go look at 's line art colouring tutorial 'cause she's AWESOME.

... although generally I have lots more fun painting peoples OC's. I'm not sure why. probably because OC's don't usually have hundreds of other people drawing them and it's more special when I draw the picture ...?

Looks cool, why don't you create the line art on a different layer to the sketch and just hide the sketch layer once you're done? or just change the colour of the sketch to pink so its not so obvious.

Uh. I don't do line art on the computer because it never looks as good as when I do it by hand. Plus, My lines come out all hairy and jagged or wobbly when I try and go over existing line art. I know how I want it but I can only get that by doing it digitally.

I scan the image really big and then do the lines. When you make the image smaller the lines look really smooth even though their not.
