N'aaaw my Ajay looks so kind here I really like the soft expression you gave him he is looking like a sweet heart I like how many different types of gold you've used for the piece tbh I am often lazy here and "just" colour the same gold everywhere :'D but in your version I can definitely see it a different form the deep gold of his eyes, the dark and regal gold of the gloves and the shiny, bright gold of his shirt the glow of the jewel is really satisfying  
I am not sure if it is my computer screen but the shading on black is a bit more difficult to see except for the blocked out black shading :'D btw I al glad to see I am not the only one blocking out chunks of black when shading the rest of the drawinghas a very nice mix of cell and soft shading - the lighting is pretty intereing being a few stripes of light on the shirt, on his cheeks and hair very nice gradient effects and I like the ocean blue you chose for the highlights in his hair you are also one of the only ones so far showing his hair band :'D that pretty cool very nice seeing you get a bit of his horse back in here :3 I am always surprised when people does that since I would figure he is much easier to draw if you are not taking the horse part into account :'D 
The background colour are nice soothing, nicely fitting to his mane especially while also being just that bit different in hue ^V^
