I have been obsessed with dragons for the longest time. I Love love love dragons so much and I use to draw them a lot. So it was the prefect opportunity to draw a dragon, a sea dragon no lessNot only is this my first DA tutorial but this is also my first tutorial on procreate. I'm new to digital art so this was a fun thing to try out.
