Description
The new/final design for my dragon ball oc. Just kinda felt like the previous design was pretty plain Jane so I wanted to make his design a little more unique but also make it feel like it belonged in the dragon ball universe. So I basically mashed design details from Frieza and Cell together as well as taking inspiration from a batman fan concept that looked pretty cool. Yeah, kinda strayed from Dragon Ball there but I'm pretty proud of the resulting design. I almost gave him a tail but decided against it cuz it just looked super wonky on my dude here.

Sidenote: I may or may not do a better job of giving him a backstory in the future but for now, the basic idea is this. Bulma creates him instead of getting Frieza to join the Universe 7 team for the tournament of power. She bases his anatomy and abilities on all of the powerful fighters the gang had seen up to that point. He has the ability to "transform." It'd be more or less comparable to a saiyans transformation where they basically just change aura colors and what not, nothing too major physically. I'll make something for that not later.
