Victoreon the Pokemon
Type: Electric/Fighting
Ability: Moxie
Hidden ability: Competitive
Evolves from Jolteon at level 65 and defeating a Rock or Steel type Pokemon with a fightingtype move.
Jolteons in the Ostrik region are much more competitive than in other regions. They challange each other to fight the Pokemon who live in the deep mines. Though this is very dangerous for them and many get hurt, the victors of these battle seem to be stronger than ever before.
Victoreons are said to win every battle they participate. With each enemy down their strength seem to grow. Trainers of Victoreons must regard the hunger for battle of these Pokemon. If this need is not fully satisfied, Victoreons become disobediant and even hostile.
