Take it as you please... I know why I do it, I might be too much time explaining and may not understand.
I can't complain about my day, not a perfect one but... since I live alone things are going much better. I have no annoying visits, I can eat when I want, I can sleep naked without worrying that my brother brew in my bed... And if I get dirty the floor with blood when walking no one say "I just cleaned the house! You can not come home so dirty!"
