This is the Titanium Titan Armor in Normal Mode

In normal mode, all weapons are deactivated, and because in this normal is basically for overseeing suspects or the City of Chicago

The Armor Features (and some that aren't feature in the drawing):

Helment Faceplate Screen Projection - The helemt has a faceplate screen that can projects the users face, emotions, even warning signs.

Satellite Tracking - The armor can connect to a global satellite tracking system to locate anything or anyone on the planet.

Autopilot - It has an autopilot that can fly the wearer back home if he is incapacitated or asleep.

Neural Interface - The user can pilot the armor just with his mind and body.

Remote Control - The armor can be piloted remotely from the Armory computer terminal, or by C.J's phone.

Comm Systems - Its communication systems allow it to talk to the user of the Armory computer terminal, talk to Hunter and Samantha, scan the news and police reports, hack into radio frequencies, and establish a cellphone connection to the person on the other line or three-way.
