Victoria "Tori" West became the new Sun Avatar, after her biological sister Raps sacrificed her life for the world to defeat a great evil, and her magic died along with her, and the entire world went out of balance without her. But, thanks to the new Sun Avatar's presence, the sunstone necklace went after to it new Sun Avatar, and soon Tori reunited with her birth family, and reconstituted the Power of Two of the Sun and Moon. Tori still has a long way to master her new found magic powers, but as long she got her new family, and Cousin by her side, she'll master her powers in no time.

Gwendolyn "Gwen" Bennett, she's the current (and slightly new) Moon Avatar since she was born after Rain passed down her duty as the Moon Avatar to Gwen to protect the world, she worked together with the old Sun Avatar Raps, but after Raps sacrificed, she begin to feel weak without her by her side, even during the night, she felt weak. But, when Tori found out who she was, and who her birth family is, Gwen begins feel strong again and her powers back, and she's also happy to have another cousin.

And Now with the New Sun and Moon Avatars, it's their destiny to protect the earth and the universe from evil that lurks within
