About: April is no ordinary girl after encountering the turtles in an incident that one of them saved her from and pursuing them. She has has a very overwhelming curiosity that she has no control over usually, so she is always curious about many things and will take action without knowing it. She is a very spunky young teen who will not hesitate to contact someone or to make friends and socialize, even if it is a talking mutant. She's also very serious and very good at keeping secrets, she considers Splinter, Casey and the Turtles as family and not just as friends and would do pretty much do almost anything for them just as they would for her. April tends to get sensitive when anything happens to someone around her, specially one of the turtles or someone in her family, such as getting injured, she tends to be a big cry baby for others more than herself without really knowing it until it happens. April is very understanding and can also read someones situation and emotions regarding particular things such as someone's expression, she can tell if someone is annoyed or sad, etc... and she will usually try her best to help that person. April tends to get along with Leo the best out of everyone else, not just because he is the first one she meets and encounters but because they both share a well related personality, same interests and both wanting the same thing... A Brother, and A Sister. April and Mikey also get along very well since she tends to love having fun and messing around with him, she sometimes helps him pull pranks mostly on Raph. She see's Leo as an older brother even though she is the oldest of the gang of teens, but she doesn't take advantage of age very much, Leo and Splinter also sometimes train her more in their ninjutsu for self-defense. When younger, April has also been training herself in self-defense in case of incidents such as muggers, so she knows a few moves, but when it comes to weapons being used against her or her having to use one, she isn't very good at it aside from using a knife, but she improves over time thanks to Leonardo and Splinter.

Backstory/story: She was to set off on making a living of her own at the age of only 17 years, having graduated early and being set out to live in an old apartment her parents owned in New York City. But after an incident in an alley regarding muggers, her new life would be something she would have never expected.
