Do I love my country? Yes, I do. And I know that as great as it is, America isn't perfect. My country has done a lot of terrible things in the past, but we learn from those mistakes to avoid making them again, to make America better. That's what it means to be a patriot, to love your country, but acknowledge its mistakes, learn from them, and move forward to become something better.

Christo-Fascism is on the rise, White Supremacy is coming back stronger, anti-LGBT rhetoric is growing in my country, but I know we can make it through. One day we will beat back this evil and keep America from becoming the Fourth Reich, and instead keep America the land of the free, the home of the brave.
