The son of Tad Thawne (son of Eobard Thawne and Arkus Zolomon) and Arkie Zolomon (daughter of Hunter Zolomon and Brenda Kim), Charlie Thawne inherited his maternal grandmother's asian facial features, his mother's straw colored hair, and his father's big feet. He was named after his Aunt Theresa's girlfriend Carla Reyes, who assisted in his birth. Something of an oddball, he loves wearing his summer jacket in the winter heat.
