Description

A little while ago I came up with a unique design for Dark Star where as when I initially designed her and my Freezeonia cast they were just regular ponies with a few twists added to them. But now I've come out with a new and unique design for Cassini and her family plus a few lore changes too.

So without further ado, here is Captain Cassini.

Species: Freezequine

Age: 15

Bio: Captain Cassini is the leader of her family-based space crime fighting force the Stellar Valkyrie. She is an experienced and wise space captain able to handle any type of space craft from star-fighters to cosmic war ships. But she is best and most happy behind the helm of her own star cruiser the Gamma Ray. She is also a Galaxy Class Space-Racing Champion and also a skilled Ice-Hockey player as she has won several Space Races and Arctic Olympics events around the galaxy.

Back Story: Cassini was a very quick learner as a young foal, at the age of 4 she built her very own personal spaceship, the Pulsar inspired by her favorite Galactic TV Show "Andromeda Rescue Team". This impressed her parents as they also constructed their first spaceships at a young albeit somewhat later age than her so they decided to enter her in the Freezeonian Solar Circuit. In which she demonstrated amazing piloting skills and out flew all the competitors and won the race. This made her the Planetary Racing Champion of Freezeonia. Later on at the age of 8 she then participated in the Alpha Quadrant Interstellar Circuit and just like with the Solar Circuit she out flew the competitors despite the challenges they gave her and took home the Silver Shooting Star Trophy and became Freezeonia's Interstellar Racing Champion and representative at the galaxy famous space racing event the Galaxy Circuit/Galactic Grand-Prix. When Cassini showed up to the starting grid she was a little nervous as it was going to be her toughest space race yet as there were up to a total of 500 competitors from all around the galaxy participating in the race including her. But despite all of the challenges along the way and even some dirty/unruly racers, including one who would soon become her arch-enemy. She pulled through and won the race and became a Galaxy Class Space-Racing Champion, taking home the Golden Galaxy Trophy.

Not long after the event however the Sub-Zero System was invaded by a massive armada from the planet Grinchia. Cassini and her family caught wind of it and then they decided it was their time to shine so Cassini quickly took her ship down to the hanger in her mansion and gave it an upgrade making it into her current ship the Gamma Ray.

Joined by her two cousins, Dark Star and the Freezeonian Space Force, the team launched into action and fought off Grizznik's armada in a battle spanning the entire Sub-Zero System before pursuing Grizznik back to planet Grinchia to pay him back for his invasion. After defeating Grizznik and liberating the Grinchion citizens. A formal ceremony was held in Cassini and her family's honor and they were hailed as Freezeonia and Grinchia's greatest heroes and became the galaxy famous crime fighting force as they are currently known as.

Personality: She is very wise, intelligent and inventive although she can be a little bossy and stuffy sometimes. But she is a very good leader and team player.

Character Voice: Her voice sounds like Blossom (Catherine Cavadini) but a little less squeaky and with a Scottish accent.

Tools, Weapons & Abilities: Her primary weapon of choice is her optical blaster goggles. They can shoot lasers laser vision style and they can also double as high tech multipurpose goggles. On her utility belt she has her Data Pack of which can be used to interact with other devices as well as acquire and store data from different sources. And on her right fore-hoof is her com-watch.
