consider that Greninja is 4'11, half of that is leg so the tongue wrapped around his neck will be the length of his leg x2 plus the remaining part of the tongue that covers half its body again
so the tongue itself is at most 7 foot long, which is not enough to reach out the edge of the plane and wrap around someone
and don't get me started on strength
