While Capcom tends to focus mostly on franchises like "Street Fighter" these days, they've also made games featuring the "Mega Man" franchise, and "Final Fight". Even though these are my favorite characters, there are still some characters created by Capcom that I wasn't able to include, because I had to pick and choose! Honorable mentions include Arthur from "Super Ghouls N' Ghosts", all three playable characters from the 1992 Super NES game "U.N. Squadron", Armored Armadillo, Spark Mandrill, and Flame Mammoth from "Mega Man X", Proto Man and Snake Man from "Mega Man III", and Ryu, Ken, Vega, Sagat, M. Bison, Cammy, and Akuma from the "Super Street Fighter II Turbo Revival". Now, with that out of the way, the top ten characters themselves are; 10. Sigma from the "Mega Man X" games; 9. Chill Penguin from "Mega Man X" and "Mega Man Xtreme"; 8. Storm Eagle from "Mega Man X" and "Mega Man Xtreme"; 7. Mayor Haggar from the "Final Fight" video game franchise; 6. Mega Man X from the "Mega Man X" games (specifically, the Super NES and Game Boy Color games where we can only SEE him talk); 5. Blanka from the "Street Fighter II" video games; 4. Zero from the "Mega Man X" and "Mega Man Zero" games; 3. E. Honda from the "Street Fighter II" video games; 2. Chun-Li from the "Street Fighter II" video games, single-handedly paving the way for all FUTURE female fighter characters in fighting video games; and 1.
