One day blue and red were thinking of a way to have pink go out on a date with blue. “I’ve got it!” Said red. “Let’s send her a video of you doing something epic!” “Okay,” said blue. “But what can I do?” “I’ve got an idea!” Said red.

Later that day, the two sat at a table at a diner. The place was colored pink, pictures of cute chibi sweets hung on the wall, and various sweets were on the shelves.

“Where are we?” Blue asked. “A bakery. Obviously.” Replied red. “If it’s a bakery, why does it have to be pink?” Asked blue. “To impress her, duh.” Said red.

“Why are we here again?” asked Blue. “For the Buffet.”

“Buffet?” Blue asked.
“Yeah, the all-you-can-eat pancake, donut and milkshake buffet.” Red said. “The video we’re gonna send her will be of you cleaning out the whole buffet. And Judging by your small stomach, I doubt you’d be interested.”

Blue looked down at his tummy, which then rumbled from hunger.
“Hey just because i’m like this doesn’t mean I’m gonna barf.” Said blue.

Soon a waiter came over. “What would you like sir?”
“I’ll have everything you’ve got!” Blue said.
“It shall be done!” The waiter said before whistling loudly at the kitchen doors. “This kid’s here for the buffet! Bring in everything we’ve got!”

The doors burst open and a chef came out wheeling in stacks of pancakes, piles of donuts and gallons of milkshakes on a cart. He placed them on the table, the sight and smells made blue’s mouth water. Fluffy, buttermilk pancakes, some plain, others studded with blueberries or chocolate chips, with squares of melted butter on top, and dripping with maple syrup. Donuts frosted with strawberry, chocolate or glaze frosting, and milkshakes in both strawberry or chocolate or vanilla.

”Okay, let’s go!” Said red. He turned his video camera on. “I’m ready!”
Blue grabs a fork and stabs into the first stack of pancakes. He pulls out a layer piece and stuffs it into his mouth. He felt his taste buds spark, these were the best pancakes ever! He shovels forkful after forkful til the plate was clean, sans for a smear of maple syrup.

He moved on to the donuts, o-m-goodness, they tasted as good as the ones Randy’s makes! After that, he sipped down every last drop of the first milkshake, the cold, creamy beverage was to die for.
Time went on, and blue gobbled down stacks of pancakes, piles of donuts, and guzzles down the sweet milkshakes.

As he ate, his belly was getting bigger by the minute, as well as the rest of him. His back rounded out, his limbs swelled with pudge, his cheeks became as chubby as a chipmunk’s. He was so busy eating he didn’t notice.
Eventually, blue slowed down after the upteenth stack of pancakes. He was a ball of lard now, leaning forward to soothe his aching stomach, his chair creaking loudly under his weight. There was one stack of pancakes left on the table, but blue wasn’t sure he could finish it.

“Groan, I think i’m Retaining water, or syrup.” blue groaned. “Since the buffet is free, I should be going now...”
“But you have to finish this last serving.” Red said. “I can’t.” Said blue. “No I mean you literally have to.” Said red. “The fridge is too packed to put it in storage, and we can’t just throw it away. C’mon, one more won’t hurt.”
“Well, ok. If you say so.” blue slowly pushed the pancakes into his open mouth with his hand, syrup and butter smeared his lips as he pushed it in, then he gulped it down whole. Nothing happened at first, but then, blue suddenly began to grow bigger. His body blew like a balloon, a rumbling sound occurred from him. He could only mutter “uh-oh.” As he swelled.

Red looked in terror and shouted “OH MY GOD! HE’S GONNA BLOW!!” He ducked underneath the table as blue gave one final creak before..... POP!!!

Syrup covered red from head to toe. “Ah, man. I just cleaned this hat.” He moaned. He looked at the sight of disaster and his mouth hung open. “Oh, No.”

Syrup and blood was everywhere. He turned off his video camera in shock. “No. No. No.” He wailed. “I just killed my own best friend!”

He burst into tears. “I’m so sorry blue! I had no idea you would explode!” He hung his head as he slowly walked out of the bakery. “I can’t believe that actually happened. Why? Why?! I’m a terrible person! I guess now I can only go to pink and tell her the bad news.”

Suddenly he bumped into someone. “Hey watch where your-“ Red stated but stopped when he saw who it was.

”Pink?” “Red?” Asked pink. “Why are you covered in syrup?” “I’m so sorry pink! I-I-I-“ red stuttered but he eventually confessed his murder to pink.

”I KILLED BLUE!!!”

”You what?!” Pink was horrified. “I’m sorry! I didn’t mean to! I just-“

“You murdered my boyfriend?!” Pink stated in both anger and sadness. “I couldn’t help it! I just wanted to film him eating a whole pancake buffet so you would be impressed and want to go out with him, and he just exploded!” “You are such a big jerk!” Pink cried. “We’re terrible friends!” They both wailed in horror. They cried so much they thought they were expelling their own stomach acid.

“Hey guys. Why’re you working the waterworks.” That voice… It couldn’t be… The two turned and saw…

”BLUE!” They were overjoyed with happiness.

”We thought you died.” Red weeped. “Died? Dude we’re stick figures we can easily be redrawn.” “Oh… right…” said red.

”How about you show us the video red?” Pink suggested. So red whipped out his camera and they watched the video and laughed.
