You must've had a very powerful lens when you took this...
Cause, boy, does this look film-like!

I'm too big a fan of high contrast values, so hell, I won't comment on it.
Personally speaking here, I'd just increase contrast, yet really, it's a matter of personal taste now.

As for your picture overall, it's beautiful; I really like the way you focused on her and the result that gave.
