Oh my goodness! I love his slight smile, along with his eyebrows, how they are raised slightly, like he's kind of chuckling.

okay, is there something I'm missing? Cause it just seems like some random guy on the grass and a side shot of clouds. Can anyone tell me whats so amazing about it?

Sure. I'll help you out.
I like it because it's soft and serene, and the picture is a great way of using cloud gazing as an artistic concept. The fact that it's not a harsh, or serious photograph is also nice. Additionally, the second panel is a clever addition. It helps give the artwork movement, because it lets us see the person and what he's staring at. That helps communicate with the audience a little more than just one shot.
Sometimes it's not about "getting" the point of the picture, and appreciating the artist's technique or concept.
