Turns out that making unique thumbnails for each of my reviews is rather time consuming, so I've resorted to making temporary thumbnails for the time being.Pretty simple design. A black background with a spot of light to highlight my character image, and some red, triangular shapes to add some emphasis. An image representing what I'm reviewing (The Transformers #1 in this case) is placed in the center of one of those triangular highlights.
As for stuff like the episode date, age rating and my logo, those have all been moved around to different areas. The only thing that hasn't really changed positions is the episode/review numbering; and even then I changed the color since black works better with the rest of the color scheme.
Oh, and I didn't design a new age rating sign, for these temp thumbnails, because I don't need to. That, and it would be too much work for too little pay-off.
As for how I look in this? Eh, my image came out alright; I might use this image in a couple other pictures, other than than the stock thumbnails, but I'll definitely make a better looking version some time in the future.
