The BG still sucks pretty bad, but I really don't feel like leaving this to sit anymore, or I'd never finish it xD

Okay, so then afterwards i felt guilty for such a puny comment beuase it deserves more, so:
The face and the clouds trailing off the wings are marvelous, and the background done with such simple strokes is done very nicely executed without overdoing it and conflicting with the style or dragging attention away from it.
The hair and the trail behind her is done beautifully smooth and sleek with no errors or mistakes and the view coming from in front going to behind is WONDERFULLY done.
And the white tipped wings. Again; wings. The shading is done very nice on them.
